Party Party Casino offers FREE DELIVERY Australia wide for all orders $149 and over, no catches.
For all deliveries under $149, there is a flat fee of $12.95.
If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, there is a flat fee (regardless of order value) Australia wide of $16.95.
When Will My Parcel Be Despatched?
Any orders that are completed prior to 1pm AET (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on that same business day.
Delivery Time & Tracking
Standard shipping time:
- Melbourne Metro: 2-3 business days
- Regional Victoria: 3-6 days
- Metro (ex. Melbourne): 2-5 days
- Regional (ex. Vic): 5-8 days
Express Shipping time:
Usually only 1, possibly 2 business days to all Australian metro and larger regional areas from day of dispatch.
With some regional areas, Express Shipping takes additional time, as does over-sized items (including witches brooms & weapons etc). These deliveries generally take 2-4 days.
Tracking:
Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post and Star Track Express Courier depending on your location.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, along with a direct link to the relevant delivery service tracking page.
Deliveries to New Zealand
All deliveries to New Zealand are via Express Post and generally arrive 2-5 days from date of despatch.
There is a flat fee of $19.95 for all New Zealand deliveries.
Please note: Our international courier cannot deliver to a PO Box (or similar). When placing the order please enter a physical address. Your order will require a signature upon arrival.
Customs & Duty Charges:
At your port of destination, your goods may be subject to additional import taxes, customer duties or fees via your local customs office.
These possible fees are the responsibility of the customer.
